  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Dice the vegetables and place them in the slow cooker with the chicken, broth, and cream of chicken soup. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.
  4. Mix biscuit mix and milk together until just combined, then spoon over the chicken mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
