- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Dice the vegetables and place them in the slow cooker with the chicken, broth, and cream of chicken soup. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker.
- Mix biscuit mix and milk together until just combined, then spoon over the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
