Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk well until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula until it blends smoothly with the pudding.
- In another bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, chopped pistachios, and mini marshmallows.
- In serving dishes, layer the pistachio pudding mixture and the graham cracker mixture. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
- Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and place them in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
