Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk well until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula until it blends smoothly with the pudding.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, chopped pistachios, and mini marshmallows.
