Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Heat over low, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gently fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the smooth chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
- Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy.
