- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 2 cups spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over everything.
- Add garlic and spinach if desired.
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot and stir everything together before serving.
