An incredibly easy crockpot chicken dish packed with savory teriyaki flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup bell peppers (optional)
- 1 cup broccoli (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken in your crockpot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Add minced garlic and ginger for flavor.
- If using, add vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Notes
For juicier flavor, use chicken thighs; you can also use low-sodium teriyaki sauce if desired.
