An incredibly easy crockpot chicken dish packed with savory teriyaki flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 cup broccoli (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in your crockpot.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger for flavor.
  4. If using, add vegetables on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.

Notes

For juicier flavor, use chicken thighs; you can also use low-sodium teriyaki sauce if desired.
