Ingredients

- 200g chocolate (dark or milk)
- 100g shelled pistachios
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Fill a saucepan with water, place a heat-proof bowl on top, and melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the pistachios.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set, then cut into desired shapes.
Notes
Feel free to use different types of chocolate or mix in other nuts and dried fruits for variation.
