Description

A delightful treat combining rich chocolate and crunchy pistachios, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 100g shelled pistachios

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Fill a saucepan with water, place a heat-proof bowl on top, and melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the pistachios.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set, then cut into desired shapes.

Notes

Feel free to use different types of chocolate or mix in other nuts and dried fruits for variation.
