- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh spinach
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, ranch seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach.
- Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Stir to combine before serving.
Notes
For lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half and half or a cream alternative. Check chicken’s doneness with a meat thermometer at 165°F.
