- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the CrockPot.
- Add the cheese tortellini and cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes until heated through.
- For creaminess, add spinach or cream in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
