Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the CrockPot.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the CrockPot.
