Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, tomato sauce, and coconut milk, stirring to combine.
  3. Sprinkle spices over the mixture and add butter, stirring again.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, shred the chicken and mix it back into the sauce.
