- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cream cheese
- Broccoli (for added veggies)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- If desired, add chopped broccoli on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken and stir it into the sauce.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or salad.
Notes
For a stronger ranch flavor, adjust the amount of ranch seasoning. Browning the chicken beforehand enhances flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
