- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the chicken.
- Add minced garlic, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks.
- Add uncooked pasta to the mixture and ensure it is well coated.
- Cover and cook for another 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir, check for seasoning, and serve topped with fresh parsley.
Notes
Add more seasoning according to taste and use your favorite pasta shape to absorb the sauce better.
