Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  8. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet and toss until coated in sauce.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
