Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and set aside. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet and toss until coated in sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pasta. You can customize by adding vegetables or using different proteins.
