- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any bits stuck to the pan.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the drained pasta.
- Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition. Adjust sauce thickness with cream or pasta water as needed.
