Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any bits stuck to the pan.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the drained pasta.
  9. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
