- 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1–2 jalapenos, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 splash lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Chop the cranberries and jalapenos.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, jalapenos, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, and lime juice.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies. Use gloves when chopping jalapenos to avoid touching the spice.
