- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece in flour, then in the egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- For frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place nuggets on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let the nuggets cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and sides for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
