Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then in the egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. For frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place nuggets on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the nuggets cool for a few minutes before serving.
