- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Vegetables (bell peppers, onions) – optional
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic, then cook until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- Allow chicken to cool, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- On a tortilla, layer sliced chicken, cheese, and any additional veggies.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
- Toast the wrap in a pan or grill until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Cut in half and serve.
