Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Vegetables (bell peppers, onions) – optional

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic, then cook until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Allow chicken to cool, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. On a tortilla, layer sliced chicken, cheese, and any additional veggies.
  5. Fold the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Toast the wrap in a pan or grill until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Cut in half and serve.
