Description

A creamy and fruity dessert that is a hit at summer gatherings, combining cheesecake flavors with fresh fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups grapes, halved
  • 1 can (15 oz) peaches, drained
  • 1 banana, sliced (optional, to add just before serving)
  • Crushed nuts or honey for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, instant pudding mix, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping to create a fluffy base.
  3. Wash and prepare the fruits: slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and drain the peaches.
  4. Carefully fold the prepared fruits into the cheesecake fluff base.
  5. If using bananas, add them just before serving.
  6. Chill mixture for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Scoop into bowls or cups and garnish with extra fruit or nuts if desired.

Notes

For optimal flavor, use ripe and fresh seasonal fruits. Add bananas last to prevent browning.
