- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups grapes, halved
- 1 can (15 oz) peaches, drained
- 1 banana, sliced (optional, to add just before serving)
- Crushed nuts or honey for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, instant pudding mix, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping to create a fluffy base.
- Wash and prepare the fruits: slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, and drain the peaches.
- Carefully fold the prepared fruits into the cheesecake fluff base.
- If using bananas, add them just before serving.
- Chill mixture for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
- Scoop into bowls or cups and garnish with extra fruit or nuts if desired.
Notes
For optimal flavor, use ripe and fresh seasonal fruits. Add bananas last to prevent browning.
