- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add the chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the ground chicken; cook until browned, breaking it apart, about 6-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the mixture; stir well.
- Add tomato sauce and stir to combine; let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, then spoon the mixture onto hamburger buns to serve.
