Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes, then cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small tots and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
