- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coat it well with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
