  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coat it well with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
