Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add salmon bites in batches and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites and garnish with green onions.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Using skinless salmon fillets will make prep easier. Keep your hands wet to avoid sticking while coating.
