Description
Crispy and flavorful salmon bites served with a creamy, slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of salmon in the cornstarch mixture, then dip into the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add salmon bites in batches and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites and garnish with green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Using skinless salmon fillets will make prep easier. Keep your hands wet to avoid sticking while coating.
