Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • Rice (white or brown)
  • Bang bang sauce
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, bell peppers)

  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the chicken: heat leftover chicken in a pan or microwave or cook raw chicken seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken with bang bang sauce until coated and heated through.
  4. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
  5. Add the chicken mixture on top of the rice.
  6. Top with fresh vegetables and additional toppings as desired.
  7. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
