Instructions

  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just blended.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting, if desired.

Notes
