- 2–3 ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just blended.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Don’t overmix the batter for a light texture.
