  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 23 tablespoons sugar
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying (optional)
  • Melted butter for brushing (if baking)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add diced apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, add a tablespoon of apple filling, moisten edges with water, fold, and roll tightly.
  3. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, brushing with melted butter.

Notes
